The Swedish multidistrict has a central office in Stockholm. There the personnel work with the administration of the four programs: long-term exchanges, short-term exchanges, camps and Georgia Rotary Student Program.

The personnel at the youth exchange office closely cooperate with the District Chairpersons. The main tasks for the youth exchange office are to: examine application forms, provide written information about youth exchange programs and arrange placement for both inbound and outbound students.

Junko Högberg is the correspondent for USA and Canada in the long-term exchanges. She is also the correspondent for the camps.

Linda Eriksson is the correspondent for Europe, Asia, South America and Africa in the long-term exchanges. She is also the correspondent for the short-term exchanges.

Therese Stolt is the correspondent for Australia and New Zealand in the long-term exchanges.
